1991 Ford Bronco dash switch for rear window

The only way I can get the back window down is to use the key in the switch on tailgate. I can't get the swtch on dash to do anything. Where is a good place to start?

Pull off the dash and with a volt meter test to see if you're getting power to the switch. If you are and it doesn't work start by replacing the switch.
