I just recently purchased my bronco and when i tried to drive it up a hill (not steap) it wouldnt go ... but when i threw it into LOW it went up with no hesitation.. now my bronco hesitates when being cranked and feels jerky when you first start driving.. im afraid its the transmission and .The check engine light is on ..

Hi:

Take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have the computer scanned for trouble codes. If the light is on, there will be stored codes that will most likely let you know what is wroong.

Let me know what you find.
