1990 Ford Bronco noise in trans and wont Move

When shifting into gear it seems fine but when you let the clutch out it sounds like the gears are not engaging all the way. Moved a little in reverse but not in foward gears. Third trans in and new clutch on second trans. Worked for a while but then this problem. Help. Chuck

When was the clutch last replaced?. Sounds like the clutch is bad or is is contaminated with oil or grease etc. And is just slipping?
