Good Morning, I receieved my Bronco from the grave and I started doing alot of work to it. I put new exhaust system (including cat-converters), rebuilt tranny, new brakes, new battery, full tune up (includes oil, filter, fuel filter, pcv valve, air filter, breather filter, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, coil, ignition coil). I replaced the exhaust manifolds and gaskets and torqued to spec. I also took the vehicle down to Ford dealership to get the injectors cleaned for I don't have the tool for that. I run 91 octane fuel in her all the time. Here is my problem, she is hesitating between 25-30mph and from 60-65mph. This has been a constant problem. ONly when you go slow up to those speeds. If you have your foot on the throttle hard it will not hesitate. It gets worse as the motor heats up. The timing is good at 10 degrees as manufacturers specs, and I did a compression check: cylinder 1 is at 160, cylinder 2 is at 165, cylinder 3 is at 165, cylinder 4 is at 165, cylinder 5 is at 150, cylinder 6 is at 165, cylinder 7 is at 160, and cylinder 8 is at 165. Compression all around is good. My thoughts still go back to fuel and I think it is the fuel pump not keeping constant pressure to the motor. If you think this might be it or if you think it could be something else, please let me know. I am out of ideas. Thank you for your time.

It could be fuel pressure regulator, but if that was acting up, it should fall on its face under hard acceleration. My guess is you have a dead spot in the throttle position sensor (TPS).
