Your vehicle's inertia switch is located behind the left side of the dash, near the emergency brake mechanism.

I took off the fuse cover and looked up under dashboard for about 20 minutes. I found lots of electrical connections, but no switch that I could make out. I am somewhat mechanically inclined, but I've never had so much trouble locating a switch. Just to turn my gas back on. I appreciate the help that you have given me. But if there are any other suggestions. I would appreciate it. This is for a 1988 Ford Bronco II.
Thanks for your help,

Sorry about that, at first you had it listed as a Bronco I ...for the Bronco II the inertia switch is located under the right side of the dash, on the firewall. I have a picture of it below.

I read that it is located under the dash on the passenger side. I took a quick look and didn't see it. Maybe it is behind the glove box or behind the kick panel. When its a little warmer I will try to find it. And get back to you. Unless you find it first.

You need to fix the ignition switch, then test the fuel pump relay and inertia switch if both okay -Test the computer control of the fuel pump relay.
