Starting, fuel

First off-The starter tries to run by itself. It keeps "blowing" starter solenoids and its gettin on my nerves. Second off-I caint seem to get my engine to crank when the starter solenoid does hold up. My fuel pumps wont run, but their good. I just bought a brand new one to go on. It didnt work on there either. So I took the old one hooked up two wires from the battery to it and it run. My Inertia switch is fine. I've done checked it. And all my relays are good. So now I dont have a clue.
Third- I had to take out the old ignition and put in a new one from autozone. Just a simple 3 prong key switch. I got my power wires, starter wires in the right spots. But now I have to have the emergeny brake in for me to even try and start it. Any help would be nice. Ive been rackin my brain. I need some outside help.

Ok. I checked the clutch interlock relay on the clutch cylinder. It works. I've got compression, i've got spark, and I hooked up a wire to the pump just a min. Ago just to trouble shoot and it still wouldnt crank. Im begginin to think my timin is off but it was fine when I parked it about 2 weeks ago.

P.S.- I parked it to install a new header on the right hand side.

Ok. It'll turn over and crank, but it wont start.

I have to have the emergency brake on for it to start too. My fuel pump wont engange. It tries to come on but it dont, it just clicks. I know its good, and all the relays, inertia switch exc.

I just tried it again and it fired up, but it didnt run but for about 5 seconds and stopped, then it wouldnt start again.
