What are the specifications for the cylinder compression?

As long as its over 100 and the lowest cylinder is no more then 30% less then the highest.

I.E highest is 100 lowest has to be 70 or more.

I would suspect a vaccum leak causing your problem.

To check it spray the vaccum lines with brake cleaner and monitor the idle. If idle changes thers a leak. Also spray the gaskets and air intake hose also
