This started off as a momentary shutdown of the engine. Ive replaced coil, control mod, map sensor, dist cap, fuel filters, fuel shutoff solonoid. Throttle body, throttle position sensor, EGR position sensor, main computer and more. Fuel pressure reads 35 to 45 psi at all times. Now the truck will start when cold and Idle but give it some throttle and it bogs down and starts idling rough and then dies. Try to restart and it acts like its only hitting on a couple of cylinders. It may start but idles very rough. Is there a chance of sucking air in fuel tank causing this. When it was running better I found no signs of exhaust restriction

What about the 02 sensor? Try unplugging it. Also check the heat riser at the end of the exhuast manifold, make sure it moves freely.

Thanx Merlin. One of the first things I replaced was the o2 sensor. Dont have a heat riser on this unit. Today it wont even start. It tries but just wont do it. Got spark and good fuel pressure and almost all the sensors are new. The only test I havent done is the shotgun test but then I'd have to buy a broom to sweep up the glass

Lets not get crazy, try a compression test first, the three things we need are fuel, spark, and compression, if they are all good in all cylinders, it's an issue with the module or possibly exhaust restriction. If you need help with the compression test go to this link!
