Is it comming out of the dipstick or where the bottom goes into the pan. Reason asked, if it is leaking by the bottom you can buy some products out there if you just want to stop the leak. Read the instructions carefully. If oil is comming out of the dipstick hole then there is a different problem.

After closer inspection it seems that at about 3000 rpm the oil starts to come out of the dipstick. How can I fix this?

If the oill is pushing out the dipstick there is something wrong with the compression. Have a compression check done. A compression or oil ring ring may have gone bad and the compression is making its way into the oil pan. When you speed up the engine the pressure increases. I would have the compression check done. This problem will increase over time. Check the plugs to see if they are starting to see if there is oil on any of them, let me know what you find out.L

I have done a compression test and all of the cylinders are at 95 to 105 lbs. I have also checkeck yhe spark plugs and they look fine. The engine does not smoke when running or on a cold start.

Thanks

Is the oil comming out of the top of the oil filler pipe? Check with dipstick out and see if the oil is pushing out or if you can feel air pushing out of the dipstick, With air or oil pushing out of dipstick that would let you know you are getting pressure in the oil pan.
