Van wont start, cranks but no start

Hi, I just installed a transmission into my 93 Ford Aerostar, and it wont start, I bought new battery, and starter and it still wont start, I thought I may have flooded it, but I evacuated the fuel system, but still no start, please help.

Any one know if there is a nutrual safety switch on this car that would cause this or something of that sort?

Id be rechecking trans. Wireing and making sure everthing is hooked up right. It started just fine before new trans? Did u have motor in or out of car when changing? This might give us a better idea of what we're dealing with thnks jess s.
