the accelerator on my aerostar is hard to press. I have to almost stand on the accelerator to gain speed.
Is there anyway to loosen the accelerator?

Are you sure you aerostar is 05? Ive never heard of an 05 unless u have the only one. What year is it?No aerostar made in 05. You mean windstar?

Is sounds like the throttle cable needs replacing or lubrication.
