I changed the engine, torque converter and fly wheel. Two weeks later the fly wheel broke again.

Very important to use new bolts and torque in correct order and to the correct torque specs. Was this done?

you probably have a starter problem of not aligning properly or flywheel may have been cracked or there is an alignment problem with converter to flywheel.
