What's the torque spec for the flex plate to crankshaft bolts?

Sure, this bolt is torqued to yield and are not re-usable. Flex plate torque specs.
Install the flexplace and the bolts.
Torque:
Stage 1: 20 Nm
Stage 2: 60°
Here is the tightening sequence. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
