Hi, I have a Fiat Punto 2001, 1.2, Y Reg. I have got an engine management light on my dash and I was wondering what is the best thing to do. I have looked in the drivers hand book and it says lambda sensor and I am not conviced that it is that.

It can be o number of problems you need to reed the ecu with a code reader. Get one of ebay or get you local shop to reed it 4 a small fee.
