1999 Fiat Punto Electricals gone off?

1999 Fiat Punto Two Wheel Drive Manual 47000 miles

A couple of days ago I noticed the digital clock in my car had turned off. Also my interior lights and my cd player no longer come on.

ANy idea what this could be?
