The P0365 code in a 2017 Nissan Juke is related to the vehicle's camshaft position sensor. Specifically, this code indicates a problem with the camshaft position sensor "B" in bank 1 of the engine. Here is how to change the sensor out which should fix the problem also make sure the electrical connector is in good shape and that it is fully installed onto the sensor.

Mounted on transaxle side of engine facing reluctor wheel at the end of exhaust camshaft, at black three pin sensor connector.

Let us know how it goes.
