Fan Will Not Blow on Floorboard and Defrost

When I select the floor or defrost when the heat is on, the fan does not blow. It only blows at full capacity when I select the vents on the dashboard.

It sounds like the a/c control unit thinks its off in heat defrost so the fan wont blow. Move the diverter control from vent to defrost quickly several times. If nothing then set it to defrost and kinda rap on the knob with something like a screwdriver handle. Still nothing? The control unit should come out and se if you get that part of the switch separately
