Fan does not blow consistently

Fan will blow normal for approximately 30 minutes the less air comes out until it barely blows. Turn the switch off for 5 minutes and will start blowing again. Cleaned condenser and changed motor. More airflow after I cleaned it but still slows down. No noticeable slow down with motor just the output of air through any of the vents.
