Cooling Fan constantly running?

Well, I’m guessing at a certain temp the fan comes on and never stops running. The temp gauge shows zero and so does the digital screen. Would the be the temp sensor or maybe the fan relay? Oh, could it be the thermostat?

So, I would use a scanner to check the engine coolant temperature sensor output, if it is out of range the PCM will turn the cooling fans on by default. Please go over the video to show you how.
