The driver's side blows only hot air. Passenger side cold

The driver's side blows only hot air. Passenger side cold. Actuator has been replaced but the drivers side is still blowing only hot air. What else could be the issue?

When you switch the climate control from hot to cold can you feel the actuator working? If not it sounds like the control module has gone out which happens. to be sure lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair. you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:
