No passenger side heat?

Cold weather inconvenience: I have dual heating zones (can be selected for dual or individual sides). The passenger side blows cold air only, while driver side is getting warm air based on temperature setting. Can you help with a fix, or is there a recalibration step I can attempt first? Thanks!

Yes, you might want to try resetting the system and if that does not work, I would replace the passenger side temperature blend door actuator. Here is a guide to help with the location and instructions in the images below to show you how.

That sounds like a faulty right side blend door actuator. The attached shows the location and how it gets changed out. The first step in the factory method of replacement is to remove the entire instrument panel to gain access. That is not fun.
There is a shortcut method that works but you need to be careful doing it. You basically remove the center stack trim and the right-side dash vent to open the area. This video shows that method very well. The only thing I do differently is magnetize the tool bit and I use a slightly larger thumb-ratchet.

Thank you both for the rapid replies. Are you able to confirm the correct part number to replace? I have what I believe to be the part number of FL3Z19E616B for the passenger side door actuator. Is this correct? This is the OEM (Motorcraft) part number provided by a dealership. Thanks

Yes, that is the correct part number. The HVAC actuators are a very common failure in those years. They use a lightweight plastic gear inside that splits and the actuator stops working. Ford knows it's an issue but won't do anything about it. I will say that the OEM unit is better than most of the aftermarket parts for longevity so far, but it's sort of like buying the best of the worst.
