I bought van listed above 2500 express van and the wiring harness needs replacing. I'm using a 1997 Chevrolet k1500 Silverado 4x4 harness to replace the harness for the express van. I had to re pin the 4 connectors to the PCM just as the original harness that came out of the express van.
I discovered only 2 wires that came from the Silverado, GRY/BLK-D23 and DK GRN-D7. I removed those to wires however, I discovered a female connector with 6 males pins at the end of the harness and I'm guessing it must be for the ABS module. I'm scratching my head because the ABS module was located on the drivers side fender well on the Silverado and the express van is located in front of the gas tank middle way towards the back of the van. I tried researching in google for the wire orientation for the connector and the wires and I'm stumped. After rewording the search engine, I stumbled your website and I thank you for the comprehensive diagrams for the VIN R diagrams however, I don't know if I'm wording the right connector to the firewall, the 6 pin connector orientates to the?Bulkhead connector? Those wires, 6 of them must function inside the cab? PNK, TAN, PPL, BLK, PPL/WHT & TAN/WHT. Also I re pinned the trans connector for the 4l80e and replaced the GRN/BLK and PPL/WHT, B29&B30 with the winding wires instead of the sleeving that orientates to the top of the transmission instead of the plug in on the driver side of the transmission.
I need some help on the 6 pin connector and possibly a diagram and correcting the word of the large connector that's mounted on the firewall with a 7mm bolt that I call a bulkhead connector. Much help is greatly appreciated and thank you for your website that has enchanting my DIY kind of person.

I am attaching the wiring diagrams for the complete powertrain management which appears to be what you are looking for. This is for VIN R Express so let us know what else you need. I overlapped the diagrams so you don't have to try and paste them together. Also, if I tried to give each in one screen shot, it would be very small due to the limited attachments types that we can use.

Thanks

Yes. Thank you for the last Vin r diagram. But going back to last night I found one diagram for the c-100 diagram bulkhead connector and it was from a 1997 Silverado and nevertheless the bulkhead connector was completely different from the orientation pin outs. The website forum mention no vin letter representing vin number.
Could it bean outside chance that the letter/number pin cavity could represent that particular function? It's interesting on how the 6pin connector was pinned to the bulkhead and not routed to the PCM connectors
. I'm eager to mount and install the harness but logic tells me that it could be possibly damage the instrument cluster and other components. I greatly appreciate the rest of the wiring parameters that nonetheless reach out to the c-100 bulkhead and the p101 passenger (go-through) wires on the passenger side. I'm old enough to value patience so I know what not to do.
Thanks again and I appreciate your easy to ask and learn website.

Sounds great. Please let us know how this turns out. Wiring does take patience which many people don't have. So if you have that then you will be just fine. Thanks again.
