External connector wiring?

My transmission is a 6l90 code 2D2A I recently had it rebuilt the external plug that goes into the tranny from wiring harness is a 16 pin but only has 9 wires going to it from the harness the plug that is cut off is gone the wires from the harness are 2 tan 2 tan/ black 1 pink 1 blue 1 redwhite 1 orangelack 1 black/white I need to know where each wire goes on the 16 pin connector
