Where can I find the piece that connects the EGR tube or the cross over tube that runs from the manifold over to the exhaust manifold? It is a piece that screws into exhaust side and then tube screws into it.

There is an EGR tube and fitting which I think is what you are wanting to know. Here are some diagrams to help you see what you are looking for.
