Ask your local mechanic it may be more than what you realize. Besides prices vary all over.

Of course the bolts that hold it together are broken for one but he clamps that connect to where the bolts go may be worn out and will not hold any longer even if you replace the bolts. Which you don't have a good pic of in the first place. That is why I suggested to take to a mechanic so he can advise you of the cheapest option to fix it. But other parts may need to be replaced to fix it correctly. If you try to do it to cheap most mechanics will either not warranty it nor do it as it would be shoddy work and they want to fix it correctly.
