I recently got a muffler and resonator delete on my 2023 Nissan Altima 2.5L I kept the exhaust pipe going to the back of car still and the catalytic converter and O2 sensors are still there. I was just wondering if there’s any long-term engine damage over the next 10 years that could happen With me not having a resonator or muffler.
