Code P0446, EVAC valve leak?

Check engine light says that it is P0446 leak.

Hi,

The code indicates an issue with the canister purge valve or a blockage in one of the hoses or canisters. My suggestion is to inspect the hoses related to the canister. If everything is clear, my first suspect is that the emission canister purge valve needs to be replaced.

I have attached the directions from my manual below. It shows the location of the valve. Check the hoses to and from it for any blockage.

See the pictures below. Note: It indicates removing the upper extension panel. That is the plastic cover under the hood that covers the cowl area. The last picture shows what I'm referring to.
