Can a bad intake manifold gasket cause these codes?
p0301
p0401
p0441
I know the intake manifold gasket has a leak and I am going to fix it but can it cause these errors?

Yes, the first one P0301 is a cylinder misfire code, the intake manifold leak must repaired as soon as possible, P0401 is EGR system insufficient flow, P0441 is Evaporative Emission System Incorrect Purge Flow.

So it caused all three or just the misfire?

Most likely just the misfire, but after repairing the intake leak, you will be able to trouble shoot the other issues. It is an older vehicle so a bad EGR valve and bad purge valve are very possible. The P0441 can possibly just be a faulty gas cap. But start with what you know to be wrong and work your way from there. The EGR is controlled by manifold vacuum, so depending on where the leak is into the intake, this can effect EGR performance as well.

Just go ahead with repairing the gaskets and go forward with diagnosing the rest. Those need to be repaired anyway.
