Engine Wont Start it will crank

Engine cranks but will not start. My friend thinks it is the ignition coil. Six days ago it started, but yesterday and today it still will not start just cranks.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge, you can rent it at any auto parts store. The fuel pressure should be 41-47 PSI with key on only.
