My car was broken into and the car stereo and climate control wires where cut. Code P-0126 and P01233. My windows work and seats but nothing else. Passive antitheft light blinks rapidly and the slows to I believe two blinks pause and then 21 times.

Those codes are for the engine coolant temperature sensor and throttle position sensor so they are unlikely causing this issue.

The rapidly flashing theft light is the cause of the vehicle not starting. So we need to disarm the theft system and the most likely correction to that is going to be to have a scan tool hooked up to it so that they can disarm the system. At this point due to it actually being broken into, the vehicle is guarding against being stolen so we need to convince the vehicle that it is no longer in danger of that.

You can try the normal things of unlocking the driver door with the key and using the remote button to open it but I imagine you have done that. If you have I am sorry to say you are going to need a tool called the NGS or equivalent which is the OEM scan tool.

I attached the info. Let's run through this and go from there. Thanks
