Engine vibration when attempting to accelerate

When driving over 50 mph and accelerating sharply to go faster, the engine starts vibrating. You can feel the vibration comes from the front of the car. And once the car picks up the speed, the vibration goes away.

Trying to find out what the problem would be?

Gok, my name is Alex and I will be helping you. When was the last time you had your tires balanced? When a front tire throws a weight, it will act just like that. Hope this helps.
