Engine tries to turn over but wont start

Engine was running fine but then started having issues turning over, oil smells like it has gas in it. Now carb puffs a bit of white smoke, but engine wont start, did a complete oil change.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first auto parts rent it. Should have 60 -66 psi

It gets fuel, but low fuel light comes on yet I have over half a tank.
