When I am driving after a fill my tank up about a day or so the engine will hesitate and die on interstate as well. Its starts right back up fine beautifully but this may happen 3 times in a week and It wont do it for a few days afterwards. When its full & when I am at half tank its happens. I have replaced the fuel pump / fuel filter / and relays. This has been going on for about 5 months I do get a P0401 Error Code but I doubt that is the issue. Anyone advice or solution.

Yep, the P0401 (EGR Flow Insufficient) is not making the engine stall. So can I ask if the engine stalling happened before and after the new fuel pump? If so I would replace the crankshaft angle sensor, when the sensor fails it will not leaves a trouble code most of the time. Here is the location and I will email it to you as well. The bummer is the sensor is a the front of the engine so you will need to remove the timing belt cover, I would check the timing belt for wear since you are in there anyway. Also, I have seen the ignition witch cause this issue as well. This kind for problem is one of the toughest ones to fix FYI, I have given you the most popular items to cause this problem besides the fuel pump. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Okay, yep follow the response above, I don't think it will be the fuel pump since you had the problem before the fuel pump replacement. So chances are the crankshaft sensor is weak or the or the ignition switch is worn out. Let me know what you find.
