Good morning,

The first thing I would do is to clean the throttle body of all carbon. That will cause stalling.

Beyond that, you need to have the system checked for codes to be sure there is not any other issue.

Does it stall in reverse as well?

There is an idle air control valve that controls engine idle which may also be the issue but needs to be checked with a scan tool. Do you have a scan tool?

Is the check engine light on?

Good Morning. No I don't have a scan tool but I need to get one. Just had my catalytic converters replaced about two weeks ago and the only code that came up was for the catalytic converters. Since then I've been drive fine with no problem whatsoever. Took a nap the other day a woke up to car stalling after I put it in drive. Also stalls in reverse.

Okay, see if you can get a scan tool and check for any codes again and also see if you can command the idle air control.

Also, if you can give me long term trim readings as well.

If you get a scan tool, monitor the upstream oxygen sensors o2s11, o2s21 while spraying the intake with either carburetor cleaner or brake clean (staying away from the alternator or any hot, moving parts). If there is a vacuum leak the voltage will spike up when it is sprayed.
