Engine sputtering

When I start the car it starts off fine and as I drive it and when going up hill it feels like it takes a while to pick up speed.

Start with a tune up, plugs filters, leads and do a compression test as well just to make sure there is no hidden problem internally.

If I can add it could be a plugged catalytic converter.
