The engine is starting to rattle. And I just had a hub bearing put on. However, I have no lights indicating that something is wrong.

Hi ILOVELIFE,

An engine rattle could be a number of different things. Can you give a little more detail about when it does this? Is it just a noise or does it run rough? Also, is it only while driving or sitting still?

I just am not sure the correlation between the hub bearing and an engine rattle so I need a little more info to go on.

If it is something that a video would demonstrate better, then feel free to get a video of it and post it so we can get on the same page. Thanks

Okay. I suspect you have a misfire or a vacuum leak. We need to start with getting the codes that are there and are the reason for the light to be on.

If you don't have a scan tool that can pull the codes, most parts stores can pull them for you free of charge. If you can get me those, we can narrow this down.
