Engine RPMs rise and also engine bogs down a little when it does?

Engine rpms rise to 4000 to 5000 rpm before shifting when first taking off And I used a scanner trying to check for codes wasn’t any in transmission but I am did see something about lubrricatjng line pressure and it was the only thing in red it was negative 73 but I saw another vehicle that had this and when they put it in drive and took off the pressure went positive so idk if that’s supposed to be that way at idle or not but I do know the rpm is rising to 4000 rpm before shifting I don’t want the car to mess up
