Engine rotates but will not start

Weak spark at spark plugs pail red not blue low voltage at crankshaft sensor four pin connector pin one3.10 pin two 0.01 pin three 7.21 pin four 7.19, voltage at both wire at injection connectors 12.97 volts at both wires on# 1 12.93 on# 3 12.90 on# 5 AND 2 4 AND 6 new icm/ new coils new fuel pump less then 5000k on fuel injection /tps / iac valve new coolant temp. Sensor this started with engine bogging down at acceleration but it would come out it when you back off it, then the engine would start but stop shortly after now it will not start at all car has 135000k engine has 19000k need help is this a bad ecm?

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first

Good fuel pressure, no codes. I unplugged the tps and turned the engine on to see if it would set a code and it did low voltage at tps it has good compression 145 to 150 psi on all cylinders my main concerns are why is there voltage at both wires at the fuel injectors one should be a ground, and the crank sensor should have 12 volts at all four pins at its connector hope you can help thank you

Unless you test resistance at injector you need anoid light to test connection. Test injector resistance if under 12ohms replace themspec is 11, 8 -12.6
have your ignition module checked at auto parts store.
