Could any of the experts on here provide me with what the estimated labor hours are and from what guide that time is from to replace the engine in the truck listed above?

The truck has a 3.0-liter engine with V as the engine identification letter in the VIN.

I've received quotes from two different, independent repair shops in the area where I live. One shop quoted me $1,249.00 at a $119.00/hour labor rate while the other shop quoted me $1,600.00 at a $90.00/hour labor rate. This price difference makes no sense to me, and I'd just like to be an informed consumer going forward as I request quotes from other repair shops.
