Engine problems and weird noise

Having trouble with my car listed above LT model. Hesitation comes and goes but getting worse, loss of power, misfiring. Check spark plugs, was oil in one of the wells. Cleaned out and changed o-rings and valve cover gasket, flex pipe has been changed, catalytic converter changed. What could be the problem? Also hearing this noise. It comes and goes. Mainly when A/C is on.

Is your vehicle's Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) or "check engine" light illuminated? If so could get the Direct Trouble Code(s)(DTC)(s) for us? Here is a link down below for you if you are unfamiliar with how to do it.
