Engine oil leaking from timing chain and overheating without A.C running

Hi all
i was facing problem of oil leakage from timing chain beside the main engine?
how to overcome that?Is it the symbol of weak engine and if I make that problem OK then may it happen again?
also is there any chance of problem with gasket. Make is Diahatsu Charade 89

You need to remove the timing belt cover to check if it is the crank oil seal that is leaking. Whatever that causes the leak has to be replaced to rectify.

How long it will last would depend on how the repair was carried out and the parts used.
