Engine oil change

I had the oil changed after two and half months, but noticed the car vibrates each time I start up the engine and later subsides. But reoccurs on each start up of the engine. I was wondering what could be the cause?

Have you had the truck tuned up ever? I would say that at 150,000 miles it is probably time for spark plugs, wires, PCV valve, air filter, and other such maintenance items.

They can each cause the symptoms that you are describing.
