Engine light turns on but when I turn off the car and turn it on again the light turns off?

I have the car listed above 1.8 TDCI. The check engine turns on but when I turn off the car and turn it on again the light turns off. I change the oil pump.

Yep, this is normal when you have a trouble code stored, we need to connect a scanner tool to pull up the codes so we can go in the right direction.
