Hi, I didn't take a video, because the engine was only cranking and not starting. I could tell it wasn't getting fuel. I did order the crankshaft sensor and should be here in about 10 days. Thanks again I will keep you posted.

Hi, did install the crankshaft sensor and it did go back to cranking and no starting. I tired it several times without success, but when I disconnected the other camshaft sensor I was able to start engine three times but would stall unless I gave it gas. Do you think this the problem is the camshaft sensor? When both sensors were connected it would start. Thanks

Yes. However, it may not be the sensor but that is where we need to start. Let me know if you need any info but clearly if the engine starts and runs when that unplugged it is most likely giving the PCM faulty information which basically confuses it and it doesn't allow the start.

Yeah, thanks. The car started again on the third try and ran it for about 20 minutes with both sensors plugged in and RPM's did go low a couple of times and gave it gas to keep it running. Did adjust idle a bit higher but still had the same problem. Did disconnect EGR valve with no difference, because it still had same problem.

So when the RPM started to drop, would it have stalled if you didn't give it throttle?

Hi, I removed the camshaft sensor and it was registering only 2 ohms that's between pin one and two and got nothing between pin 2 and 3. Does this mean the sensor is bad?

It is possible. The only spec I am finding on this is .2 - 1 ohm of resistance. However, the only way to know for sure is to compare it to a known good one. Hope this helps.
