Engine groaning noise after having five motor mounts replaced?

So I just had my five motor mounts replaced just yesterday. What I noticed afterwards on startup, is this loud groaning like noise coming from the engine that last about 15-20 seconds, not sure what it is? I provided a video for reference.

Thanks for the video but I don't hear anything? Was the engine running? Can you shoot the video from under the hood if that is where the noise is coming from? I need more information to help you.

Sorry for the late response, here is a better video. Not sure if you can notice the noise this time, I don’t think I’m being paranoid since it definitely didn’t make that growling-like noise at startup
