Engine cooling fans

Fans will not start. The cylinder head temperature sensor replaced, new engine cooling fan resistor, engine cooling fan relay replaced. All fuses good, wires ring out, fans start when jumped. Fans will start when the ground wire from relay to PCM is grounded.

Hello,

Yes, the only thing left is the ECM which triggers the relay, it sounds like the cooling fan driver is out.

Here is the location (below) of the ECM I would try a used one so it will be plug and play.
