My vehicle listed above has a few engine codes. The codes were P0344, P0340, P1000, and P013C. I replaced the cam shaft sensors though.

You get these codes when the engine oil is low or needs to be changed, you can try replacing the sensor but if the codes come back and the oil is clean and full there can be a mechanical failure inside the engine such as an oil control valve, camshaft actuator or a timing chain and guides are worn out.

P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Bank 1
P0344 - Camshaft Position Sensor “A” Circuit Intermittent (Bank 1)

Please start a new threads for these two codes

P1000 - OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete
P013C - O2 Sensor Slow Response Rich to Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

Can I ask if the engine makes a slight rattle sounds at idle? This can be signs that the engine needs to be taken apart and the timing components replaced. Please upload a video in your response or the engine idling so I can tell for sure.

I don’t know if it’s fine or not. The oil wasn’t low.

You can here some (little) timing chain noise so that can be the problem. Since you already replaced the sensor the only other thing to do is take the engine front apart to check the timing chain condition and then replace the camshaft actuators, timing chain guides and tensioner. If you want instructions on how to do so, please start a new thread. If the oil is dirty and might want to try changing it with the filter and then clear the codes. Please let me know.
