Hello, I’m currently building my stock 302 engine. I’m going with trick flow forged pistons and I was wondering if I can use my stock connecting rods for the forged pistons.

Yes, you can, I would have the rods resized and checked for cracks. Check out this video series which shows the complete rebuild it may help you:
