After I changed the motor for a good running one and after I put it in my car after like one hour of driving it was doing the same thing.

How can I fix this problem?

It could be the oil from the last engine is still burning off inside the exhaust system, I would keep driving it to see if it gets less and less in time.

Here is a guide that can help as well:

I drove it for 4 hours and it the same thing. Plus, I removed the spark plugs and there was some oil on the cylinder.

It sounds like the new engine has the same problem as the old engine. It sounds like the cylinder with oil has a broken oil control ring. But I would replace the PCV valve in case the spring is broken, and it is sucking oil in. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
