Engine backfires when trying to accelerate

I changed the spark plugs, coils, and wires and the car still backfires when I go to accelerate. The car does have an aftermarket exhaust. It idles well when it is parked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have a flat camshaft lobe on one cylinder. But to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Here is a guide to help you get started:
